🇬🇧 London is just too ahead of the curve!
A court transformed into a viral restaurant. Sessions Arts Club is literally on fire on Instagram 🔥! Couldn't resist giving it a try! Summary : It's super atmospheric, perfect for dates and getting a little tipsy! Plus, the architecture is incredibly photogenic ! 📸 Located in an 18th-century former courthouse, the entrance is so hidden it feels like you're entering a secret deal — walk through the main gate into the backyard, then take the elevator to the fourth floor, and that's where the magic begins. 🕸️ The decor is all about "ruin aesthetics": the walls are left deliberately unpatched, with exposed bricks and peeling paint, but the soft furnishings and lighting save the day in a second — chandeliers, red velvet, artworks, greenery, and an unexpected terrace. It feels like walking into a scene from a mix of *Love, Death & Robots* and *The Queen's Gambit*. The entire space is a photo material library. 🎨 The food is... unremarkable but not bad . We ordered scallops, fish, steak, etc. — everything was decent, tasty but not mind-blowing. It's the kind of food you'll finish but won't dream about later. It won't blow you away, but it won't disappoint either. 🍽️ But the waitstaff deserve all the praise ! They were absolute angels . The sommelier really knew his stuff, flattering the wine my boyfriend brought, and giving us a full emotional value. We shared our Puligny with him and his friends 😊. When we left, they were all smiles and encouraged us to come back often. 😌 #London #BritishFood #UK #LondonStudyAbroad #LondonEats #LondonExploration #UK #Restaurant #LondonRestaurant #BritishCuisine #UKRestaurant #RestaurantReview #MysteryRestaurant #SecretRestaurant #CourtRestaurant #HiddenRestaurant #LondonHiddenGems
