Tip: Buses can be unreliable, but we got lucky—waited only 5 mins! 🏰 Chatsworth House: £23.50 entry. Free guidebook with bus ticket (pick the Chinese version—better cover!). Open 10:00-16:30 (last entry 15:30). ⛪ Edensor Church: A quaint stop near Chatsworth. 📍 Day 2: Leeds Plans changed! We joined the city-wide Monopoly game, hitting most highlights anyway: 🛍️ Leeds Corn Exchange (10:00-18:00): Hipster shops + fridge magnets! 🍜 Kirkgate Market: Vietnamese pho & Maxi’s roast meats—must-eat! 🛒 Victoria Quarter (9:00-18:30): Pretty shopping arcade. 🎨 Leeds Art Gallery + Town Hall (10:00-17:00, free, no booking). 🏛️ Leeds City Museum (10:00-17:00, free). 📚 University of Leeds: Textile School + Leslie Cheung’s memorial bench. 📍 Day 3: York 🚂 National Railway Museum (Free, book ahead! 8-min walk from station). 🌿 Museum Gardens: Ruins + greenery. ⛪ York Minster (£14, +£6 for tower climb). 🏰 City Walls: Medieval walk with views. 🛍️ The Shambles: York Ghost Merchants (Closed Wed, 10:00-17:30)—go early or queue 2+ hours!
