At lunch we tried their signature grilled squid and beef risotto (the rice soaked up all the rich meat juices perfectly).🔆 🍀 Though the duck was slightly gamey, the evening's fresh fish platter blew us away. The chef selects 4 different daily catches - from buttery sea bream to firm-fleshed grouper - each perfectly seared and served with garlic olive oil dip that doubles the umami! 🔆 🍠 2.
