💚Today I must highly recommend Kornat restaurant located by the harbor in Zadar's Old Town - slightly pricey but absolutely worth it! 🌟 Appetizer: The Tuna Tartare was exceptionally fresh. The delicate diced tuna on crispy bread made for a light, refreshing starter. ⭕ Mains: We ordered the first two signature dishes. The black truffle monkfish with dumplings was innovative - while the portion wasn't huge, the truffle aroma was intoxicating and the fish beautifully tender. The sea bass was cooked to perfection, its delicate flavor enhanced by velvety smooth mashed potatoes. 🌈Dessert: The dark chocolate muffin was a delightful surprise - richer and more moist than any Dutch version. A must for chocolate lovers. ✅Drinks: The Bodren ice wine was refreshingly sweet. At €28 for 375ml, very reasonably priced. Definitely order by the bottle as single glasses leave you wanting more. 😋Our total for two came to €90 - very fair for this caliber of seafood dining.
