🇮🇪 Experiencing Fine Dining in Dublin, Ireland

This time, I'm dining at a fine dining restaurant inside a five-star hotel to see what the high-end dining scene in Ireland is all about! The restaurant is located right across from St. Stephen's Green park in the city center. It's super convenient—just take the elevator from the hotel lobby. I booked a few days in advance, and everything was perfect! 🌟 1️⃣ **Starter**: Beetroot with an assortment of vegetables. It was refreshing, elegant, and visually stunning with distinct layers. (My friend's scallops were amazing too—parsley and truffle made for a fresh and rich flavor!) 🥣 2️⃣ **Main Course**: Lamb. The meat was incredibly tender, and when dipped in the sauce, it had a perfect balance of fat and lean, giving it a similar feel to Dongpo Pork. 🍖 3️⃣ **Dessert**: Chocolate with passion fruit and olive oil. It was heavenly—melt-in-your-mouth delicious and not at all greasy. The combination was simply genius! 🍫 During the meal, the waitstaff frequently checked in to see if we wanted more French bread. It was delicious with butter and came with some delightful little pastries. Overall, the ambiance was fantastic—perfect for a date or a business dinner. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch! (They gave a detailed introduction every time a dish was served, even though I didn't understand most of it.) 😍 **Restaurant Name**: Glovers Alley by Andy McFadden #Ireland #Dublin #Foodie #FineDining #Weekend
