During my 30-day trip to New York, I stayed at The New Yorker Hotel. As a passionate Indian food lover, I was always on the lookout for a great Indian restaurant — and I stumbled upon Patiala Indian Grill in Manhattan.😁 Watching the open kitchen and their fixed workflow was fascinating — every move was precise, with no time for small talk. Thankfully, there was no cooking smell, stuffy air, or loud music — just pure elegance. 🧑‍🍳🔇 The menu began with a glass of champagne 🍾, followed by a browse through the wine list. We enjoyed 10 delicious, high-quality small bites 🍤🥒. The first course even made us wonder if we’d need a hot dog on the way home — but that worry was totally unnecessary! Every dish was flavorful and satisfying. Maybe not “star-studded” cuisine, but definitely high-quality ingredients and a creative menu.
