🇮🇹 10-Day Italy Free Travel Guide is Here! ️

This time our route was: Milan ➡️ Venice ➡️ Florence ➡️ Rome ➡️ Milan. Since we flew in and out of Milan’s MXP Airport, we took a train to Venice right after landing as our first stop, and ended the trip back in Milan before departure. 🗓️ Itinerary: Day 1-3: Venice 🛶 Day 3-6: Florence (with day trips to Pisa & Cinque Terre) 🏛️ Day 6-9: Rome (including Vatican City) ⛪ Day 9-10: Milan 🛍️ Here are some impressions from our Italy trip! 💭 1️⃣ Prices: Italy was cheaper than expected! For example, a meal with 2-3 courses for two people cost around HKD 150-200 per person — even cheaper than some Western restaurants in Hong Kong. 🍝💰 2️⃣ Safety: It wasn’t as exaggerated as what you see online! 🚨 Tourists mostly visit attractions, and we saw police presence at major sites and train stations, which felt reassuring. Pickpockets seemed less bold too 😅. We didn’t witness any open stealing, but it’s always important to stay cautious no matter where you travel! 🧳✨ 3️⃣ Transport: Train strikes are common in Italy 🚆⚡. We booked train tickets early to travel between cities but were worried about cancellations 😩 — and indeed encountered one on our last day 🤣. (More on that later!) If you’re heading straight from the airport to another city (like we did to Venice), try to allow a few extra days buffer. Don’t rush like us — give yourself time to adapt or handle unexpected situations! 🕒🛠️ Stay tuned for more city-specific itineraries! 📍✨ #ItalyTravel #ExploreItaly #ItalyGuide #EuropeTravel #Wanderlust #TravelTips
