Exquisite, Detailed, and Must-Try! The seafood at Impronta in Venice is truly a delight! From the presentation to the creativity of the dishes and the flavors, everything is a pleasant surprise. The seafood here is the most exquisite we’ve had at restaurants of similar price points in Venice—it’s almost like art! 🎨 You can pretty much order any seafood dish here, but I highly recommend the seafood appetizer platter. The moment it’s served, you’ll naturally feel the urge to take a photo before eating. The presentation and plating are incredibly refined—a feast for the eyes! 📸 The fried shrimp is also very fresh, and paired with the special sauce, it’s incredibly flavorful and refreshing. You won’t be able to stop eating! We also ordered the lobster, which had a wonderful texture—soft, chewy, and very sweet. It was a memorable experience. Additionally, we tried two salads: the avocado and salmon salad and the tuna salad. Both had delightful flavors and were very tasty, satisfying our craving for sashimi! 🍣 The restaurant’s ambiance is modern, clean, and refreshing. If you plan to visit, remember to make a reservation in advance! When we went, it was quite busy, and some guests without reservations didn’t manage to get a table even after waiting.
