🇮🇹 Florence 4D3N Travel & Accommodation Guide‼️

From Venice to Florence, we spent 4 days & 3 nights here, including a day trip to Pisa + Cinque Terre! 🏨 Accommodation: Hotel Machiavelli Palace (~$1,117/night) ✔️ Pros: Slightly old but spacious rooms with Smart TV (Netflix nights! 📺). Superb location—10-min walk to Firenze S.M. Novella train station. 🚶‍♂️ 📅 Itinerary Breakdown Day 1️⃣: Arrival + Florence First Glimpse 🚄 Train: Venezia Mestre → Firenze S.M. Novella (arrived ~3 PM). 📍 Highlights: Walked from hotel to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo) & Piazza della Signoria. Dinner: Florentine T-bone steak (Bistecca alla Fiorentina) at a random but delicious spot. 🥩 Day 2️⃣: Pisa + Cinque Terre Day Trip 🚄 Morning Train: Firenze → Pisa S. Rossore (~1h, arrived ~11 AM). 🗼 Pisa: 10-min walk to Leaning Tower (stopped at a market nearby). Stayed 1 hour before heading to Cinque Terre. 🏞️ Cinque Terre: 🚆 Train: Pisa → La Spezia (~1h) → Manarola (Village #2, the most iconic!). 🌅 Highlights: Explored 3+ hours, caught the golden sunset over colorful cliffs. ⚠️ Tip: Buy return tickets EARLY! (We missed our train due to long queues 😅). 🚄 Returned to Florence ~9 PM. Day 3️⃣: Florence City Walk 🚶 Route: Explored further to Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge). Dinner at Da Nicola Pesce&Carne (4.6/5 ⭐—Zà Zà was too crowded!). Day 4️⃣: Off to Rome 🍜 Breakfast: Skipped Western food for Chinese cuisine at " near the station. 🚄 Train: Florence → Rome (~11 AM). 💡 Key Tips: 1️⃣ Cinque Terre: Prioritize Manarola or Vernazza if short on time. 2️⃣ Florence Dining: Book Zà Zà in advance or opt for hidden gems. 3️⃣ Tickets: Pre-book Duomo climb & Uffizi to skip lines. #ItalyTravel #FlorenceGuide #CinqueTerre #Pisa #EuropeAdventures #TravelTips
