This restaurant is filled with a rustic, countryside-style decor. 🦑 As soon as you step through the door, you're greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere. 😘 The staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, which doubles your good impression! 👍 Their kitchen is enclosed in glass, like a pavilion in a park, allowing customers to watch the chefs at work. ❤️ The menu offers both à la carte and set meals, with options for five or seven courses, curated by the chef. We chose the seven-course option, which felt a bit excessive; we were quite full. I recommend opting for the five-course meal. 1. **Carpaccio di sedano rapa, noccioline, eleogranato e crema di cipolla rossa** A refreshing start to the meal. 2. **Uovo 64°** A delicious soft-boiled egg, perfectly cooked. 3. **Terrina di maialino da latte, panzanella e gazpacho** The combination of suckling pig and vegetables is just right, not greasy at all. 4. **Tagliolini al Tartufo** 5. **Paccheri ai Frutti di Mare** Both main courses were delicious! Since it was part of the Degustazione (tasting menu), the portions felt manageable. If ordered à la carte, the portions would be much larger! 6. **“Capasanta” di calamari e seppia, tartare di ravanelli agro e cozze, chips di fregola al nero di seppia** Squid, cuttlefish, and scallops?
