๐ฎ๐น Go for the Ravioli & Risotto! ๐โจ
A lovely Italian restaurant near Western Sydney University (UWS) โ and it feels like you're dining in a library, surrounded by book-themed decor! ๐๐ท ๐ Location: Situated on Amsterdam Avenue, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. We chose to sit inside because of the charming book-lined walls. The tables are a bit small and the plates are modestly sized โ cozy, though slightly cramped, but it all adds to the intimate vibe. ๐จโ๐ณ Service: The staff were wonderful โ attentive and happy to offer recommendations! ๐ด Food: The food was delicious! Everything tasted fresh and felt like it was made that same day. Garlic Bread: Oh my โ this was the best garlic bread Iโve ever had! Perfectly paired with burrata. ๐ง๐๐ง Burrata: So fresh and creamy. The beets were sweet โ I was shocked by how good it was! Fritto Misto: The squid was tender inside and crispy outside. ๐ฆ Cacio e Pepe Ravioli: THIS WAS THE STAR! ๐คฉ Al dente pasta with a creamy filling, topped with truffle shavings โ ORDER THIS! ๐ฅ๐ Risotto: A must-order! Cooked perfectly โ I could eat this every day! ๐ Braised Beef Short Rib: My least favorite. Though the meat was soft and melted in the mouth, it wasnโt particularly memorable. The sauce and mashed potatoes were decent. Mocha Tiramisu: YOU HAVE TO ORDER THIS! So delicious โ the perfect dessert! Soft, rich, and a dream for mocha lovers. โ๐ฐ Crรจme Brรปlรฉe: Not my favorite. The custard was soft, but the lavender flavor made it taste a bit too floral. ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฅค Drink: Blood Orange Soda: A refreshing Italian soda โ tangy and delicious! ๐๐ง ๐ฐ Price Rating: 7/10 โ honestly, not bad for the quality and freshness! Iโll definitely be back to try more dishes. Must-orders: Risotto, Cacio e Pepe Ravioli, and Mocha Tiramisu! ๐ผ #ItalianEats #SydneyFood #BookLoversCafe #RavioliLove #RisottoGoals #MochaTiramisu
