Pro tip: Reserve 3–4 days in advance — even earlier for weekends! 1️⃣ Grilled Octopus 🐙 Charred on the outside, tender on the inside — though the sauce wasn’t my favorite. 2️⃣ Black Spaghetti with Fennel & Calamari 🖤🍝 A hint of spice, overall light and delicate. The pasta was perfectly al dente! 3️⃣ Veal Parmigiana 🐂🧀 Breaded and fried veal cutlet topped with tomato sauce and melted cheese — reminiscent of the top layer of lasagna 😍 My favorite dish! Rich and cheesy (a bit heavy toward the end), but balanced well with the lighter pasta. 4️⃣ Chocolate Cake with Mixed Berries 🍫🍓 A classic dessert — small but rich with a boozy center.
