🇮🇹 My Solo Adventure in Turin, Italy

Turin was the first Italian city I properly explored during my business trip, and it became my introduction to Italy’s charm. I initially planned to visit the Egyptian Museum, but upon arrival, I learned that online reservations were mandatory—and of course, they were fully booked that day. So, I improvised with a spontaneous immersive city walk! 🚶♂️ Wandering the Streets Italy’s architecture and streets felt so different from back home. I stumbled upon a huge park with a river running through it—filled with joggers, dog walkers (Italians love their dogs 🐕), and even what looked like a Harry Potter-esque ancient building (though the Italian signs left me clueless). 🏺 Finally, the Egyptian Museum! (Take Two) On my second visit, I finally got in—and wow, it felt like they’d transported half of Egypt to Turin! Mummies, artifacts, and fascinating insights into ancient Egyptian life kept me hooked… for about four hours before mummy fatigue set in. (Who knew you could get tired of millennia-old corpses?) Lesson learned: Book tickets early, pace yourself, and maybe skip the 50th sarcophagus. #SoloTravel #TurinDiaries #EgyptianMuseumFail #ItalianStreets #MummyOverload
