This place is incredibly delicious!! To the extent of buying three to take home! 💢 The meat is so abundant it can hardly be contained within the bun!! 🌮 Restaurant Name: JiaMo Lab 📍 Address: Via Bergamo, 15, 00198 Roma RM, Italy ⌛️ Operating Hours: 12:30-17:00, 19:00-21:45 🍽️ Recommendations: 1️⃣ Pork Roujiamo—6.5€💰, evenly marbled pork with a savory sauce wrapped in a crispy bun, truly satisfying with each bite!! You can also add green peppers to cut the richness 🫑 2️⃣ Beef Roujiamo—7€💰, for those watching their weight, the beef filling is a great option. I think it's also very delicious! Their pastry crust is truly lovable! As you can see from the picture, it's incredibly flaky 🤤🤤🤤 The restaurant is quite popular, with a queue of about 20 minutes. But the owner is exceptionally kind! He gave us free peanuts 🥜 which were really delicious haha.
