Grilled salmon, lamb skewers, and grilled mushrooms are musts. Grilled liver? Not for me—it was too dry. Six skewers feed two, each as long as my arm! The meat’s tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor. Pair with an ice-cold drink, and it’s bliss 🍹. Total? Under ¥200—unbeatable. 1.2️⃣Second stop: Georgian cuisine 📍 Daredzhani (city center) First time trying Georgian food, and I was impressed. The restaurant has a great vibe. When the manager saw me confused by the menu, he switched to English, recommending dishes that suited us—so helpful and friendly 👍. 1.3️⃣Third stop: Traditional Kazakh food Name: Sandyq Address: Абылай хан даңғылы, 55 The whole place feels like a big yurt, with staff in nomadic outfits. The tableware is uniquely designed—I loved it! Individual mains are enough; large platters are too much. We tried horse meat salad, stir-fried lamb, beef marrow, milk tea, and desserts. Live music starts at 8 PM, adding to the authentic mood 🎵.
