🇲🇦 Casablanca Travel Guide: 3 Days of Sun, Sea & Bargains!
Spent under 3 days in this vibrant city – stunning beaches, cheap seafood, and unforgettable hammams! Here’s my itinerary: 🏠 Accommodation Airbnb (3-bed flat in downtown) £50/night – huge, stylish, fully equipped! Perfect for groups – host was super responsive. 🍽️ Must-Try Food 1️⃣ Central Market Seafood 🦞 BEST MEAL! 3rd stall on the right – insane portions, crazy cheap! 5 people, 8 dishes = £61 (shocked as a student abroad!). Must-order: Prawns & oysters – fresh and delicious! 2️⃣ Cabestan (French restaurant by the sea) 🌊 Views = 10/10, Food = 6/10. Overpriced & salty (they remade our pasta though). Book ahead for seaside seats! 3️⃣ Chinese Beef Noodles 🍜 Decent portion, not as good as China’s "Chen Xiang Gui" but okay for abroad. 🗺️ Itinerary Highlights 1️⃣ Marina Mall 🛍️ Like Chinese "Joy City" – close to Hassan II Mosque. Great for snacks, souvenirs (tea!), and supermarkets. 2️⃣ Arab Hammam (Mosque Underground) 🧖♀️ 250 MAD package: Full-body scrub + light massage. Tip: Bring water (expensive inside). Left 10 MAD tip – she deserved it! 3️⃣ Old Medina & Souks 🏺 More "Yiwu Market" than Marrakech – skip shopping, but nice for coffee in the sun. 4️⃣ Harbour Market + Fruit Stalls 🍊 20 oranges = 10 MAD! Authentic local vibe (few tourists). 5️⃣ Train from Marrakech 🚆 Book early on ONCF! Paid 49 MAD (friends paid double last-minute). Final Thoughts: Casablanca = seaside charm + budget-friendly eats! Don’t overstay – 3 days is perfect. #Morocco #Casablanca #TravelGuide #BudgetTravel #SeafoodLover #HammamTime #Wanderlust 🌊✨
