🇲🇦 Morocco Solo Trip | Rabat - The Underrated Capital

Among northern Moroccan cities, Rabat is my 1 pick! Though it's the political hub, it's less touristy yet impeccably clean—I walked all day without spotting litter. Compact and walkable (or take cheap taxis between sights!).🌊 🚆 Getting There From Casa Port Station → Rabat (40 MAD, ~1hr scenic coastal train ride). Rabat’s train station (Pic 17) is charming too! 🏰 Must-See Spots 1️⃣ Rabat Old Market Authentic medina vibes—less commercialized, more local life (spices, crafts, even "Yiwu goods"!). 2️⃣ Kasbah of the Udayas 🏰 A blue-and-white paradise behind earthy gates (Mission: Impossible filmed here!).🏝 3️⃣ Atlantic Coastline 🏝️ Stunning views by the kasbah... though cemeteries line the shore (unique contrast!). 4️⃣ Hassan Tower 12th-century landmark with horseback guards (great photo op!). 5️⃣ Mausoleum of Mohammed V ⚱️ Adjacent to Hassan Tower—intricate Alaouite dynasty artistry.
