Rating: 🌟 💗The restaurant is located beneath an overpass, featuring a fully open-air design that perfectly blends industrial style with American rustic charm. 🌀The ordering process is unique: first, choose your seat with a server, then head to the food counter and bar to place your order. 🔆The staff will kindly deliver the food to your table. While the menu isn't extensive, every item is a classic. 🌀Brisket (Beef Brisket): Slow-smoked for 12 hours at low temperature, the meat is so tender it falls apart with a fork, with a rich smoky flavor that isn't overpowering. 🌈BBQ Ribs: A full bone-in rib with cartilage that's wonderfully chewy, glazed with a sweet and slightly spicy sauce.
