🇳🇴 Bergen, Norway – One of the World's Top 10 Must-Visit Towns
🌦️ A Rare Sunny Welcome Locals say you need exceptional luck to see Bergen in sunshine—yet during my 5-day trip, only one day was rainy! The moody weather added a dramatic, cool vibe, almost like a Nordic noir film. 🎬 ✨ My Favorite Spots 1️⃣ Bryggen Wharf The iconic UNESCO-colored houses—like stepping into a Nordic fairy tale. 🏡🌈 Pro tip: Skip the overpriced seafood stalls. Instead, dine at the glass-walled restaurant facing the wharf for a magical view. 2️⃣ Mount Fløyen Panoramic views of Bergen by day, sunset, or night. 🌇 Ride the funicular (sit in the last car for the best ascending views!). At the top, every angle is perfect for photos or quiet contemplation. 3️⃣ Bryggen’s Hidden Shops Explore handicraft stores, antique shops, Santa’s workshops, and even quirky cheese boutiques. 🧀🎄 4️⃣ Sea Fishing Adventure Book ahead for a chance to catch salmon—a highlight of my trip! 🎣 5️⃣ Nordic Shopping The main street is lined with affordable, design-forward Scandinavian brands—perfect for unique finds. 🛍️ 🏨 Where I Stayed Hotel Norge by Scandic (later stayed in by Carina Lau!) Nothing fancy, but the breakfast buffet was outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious. #HiddenGems #TravelInspo #Norway #Bergen #NordicMagic ✨
