🇳🇿 NZ Travels｜Day 8: Dunedin Day Trip Series 1

Woke up to another moody sky—but at least the wind had eased. After 13 days on the road, I’ve made peace with the fact that non-desert regions get rain (and hey, our stargazing nights stayed clear! 🌌). Fueled by our B&B host’s legendary breakfast, we hit the road. 🌊 Nugget Point: Where Drama Meets the Sea → The crown jewel of NZ’s coastal lighthouses. Pre-trip, I’d seen epic drone sunset footage—but FYI: drones are banned here (oops!). 🦁 Wildlife Alert: The walk from the car park reveals cliffside sea lions (bring binoculars!). At the lighthouse, seagulls danced between clouds—we stood eye-to-eye with them on the upper platform. 🗿 The "Nuggets": Those iconic offshore rocks? On sunny days, they gleam like gold nuggets… but under today’s gray skies, they were more "overdone chicken nuggets" 😂. #DunedinDayTrips #MoodyNZ
