🇳🇿 Queenstown, NZ - Day 2 Highlights

🍴 The Boat Shed Cafe Had brunch at this Insta-famous spot—stunning lakeside views (but chilly outdoors in winter ❄️). Food was... meh 🫰. 🏠 Glenorchy A tiny town (46-min drive from QT). Winter = less greenery, but the snow-capped mountain backdrop + Mrs. Glen Cafe made for great photos (thanks to my "unique angles" 😎). Pro tip: Edit your pics—it’s a bit monotone otherwise! 🦌 Deer Park Heights Pre-booked online (NZD $55 per car). Bring $2 coins (not $1!) to buy animal feed at the entrance. Bumpy roads, but SO worth it—deer, sheep, horses, and epic sunset mountain views 🏔️. 😋 Jervois Steakhouse 🥩 Wanted Flame Bar (🔥), but lost at rock-paper-scissors. Jervois had seats at 7 PM (no reservation needed), but: ⚠️ *"1-hour dining" rule? Fake.* ⚠️ Slow service + wrong order. ⚠️ Steak (medium-rare) was overcooked. ➡️ Got 10% off for the mess, but still... Skip it! (Someone try Flame and report back! 🫣) 🍨 Patagonia Ice Cream Queenstown’s "hottest" spot, but overrated! We tried chocolate + coffee flavors—lackluster creaminess 🥲.
