The friendly staff said I could come over and have a two-hour dining experience. The nori crackled delightfully between my teeth, followed by the soft, chewy, and perfectly grilled eel. The eel was cooked to perfection, with a slightly crispy exterior and a caramelized sheen. It was tender and juicy inside, bursting with flavor without being greasy.
