You can find it on the street behind GUM Department Store at Red Square — it's well-known and easy to find. Even if you get lost, just show the word «БЫК» to any local — everyone knows this place! When our navigation failed, a kind cleaning lady pointed us right there 😊. 📋 View their full menu with photos and prices on their official website (works on WeChat!): ⭐ Must-try: Their steak is absolutely unbeatable — juicy, tender, and so flavorful! Comparable to Salt Bae’s famous steaks in Turkey. I recommend getting it medium-well — perfectly cooked with just sea salt and peppercorns as seasoning. Also, the pizza ordered by the next table looked amazing 🍕. But the steak is a must-order! 📍 This restaurant also has a branch on Old Arbat Street. Last three photos are from a trendy spot on Arbat Street — Frank by Basta (on Novy Arbat). Exit the metro and turn left, walk about 500m. I tried their mixed grilled pork ribs platter (3 flavors), and my friend ordered a single portion. It was good but nothing extraordinary — gets a bit greasy after a while 🥲.
