Uppsala now has restaurants that are even better than some in Stockholm 🎉🏙️ – at least we’ve got a solid spot here in the “North” to satisfy those cravings! 😋❤️ Their Máo Xuè Wàng (Spicy Blood & Tripe Hotpot) beats several places in Stockholm – a small bowl but packed with ingredients, almost like you can’t scoop it all out! 🍲👏 The pig intestine is cleaned really well – zero weird smell 🐖✨. The only downside might be the limited amount of tripe… just a few pieces 😅. But the flavor is deep and rich – not just surface-level seasoning! 🌶️🔥 The Shuǐ Zhǔ Yú (Poached Fish in Chili Oil) was okay – decent but not as impressive as the máo xuè wàng 🐟😊. And the best part?
