🇸🇪 Dining at Miss Voon in Uppsala

Miss Voon is located on the top floor of a hotel next to the train station 🏙️🚉, offering a stunning view over the city. The parking lot outside is quite fancy – a flat rate of 125 SEK, no matter how long you stay 🅿️💸. This time, we tried their 7-course omakase menu for 899 SEK 🍽️👀. Most dishes were cold, with complex and hard-to-describe flavors – like opening a mystery box 🎁😅. The second-to-last dish was finally something warm: lamb chops with rice 🐑🍚. The lamb was tender, but the portion was smaller than a palm… not sure how we were supposed to enjoy the rice with it though 🤷‍♀️. The final dessert included cake, ice cream, and sticky rice ice cream 🍰🍨 – surprisingly, the dessert had the biggest portion! The green ice cream had a totally unique flavor – pretty interesting 🍵😋. All in all, it’s a nice experience for a occasional visit on a sunny day ☀️❤️.
