🇸🇪 Sweden - Uppsala Day Trip Diary 🍂✨

We arrived at 12:00 while prayer was ongoing and were told we could enter after 12 :30. So we stopped by a cozy café next to the cathedral and enjoyed a salmon salad for 135 SEK 🥗🍣 – generous portions of fish! The set also came with a cookie and a coffee ☕🍪, and the whole atmosphere was just so... Swedish fika 🥰🍁 After eating, we entered the cathedral – stunning arches, light pouring through stained glass, and a deep sense of peace. At the entrance, you can buy postcards for 15 SEK each 💌📮 Then we walked to Uppsala Castle 🏰 where there’s a lookout point offering a breathta king view of the whole city. Autumn in Sweden is truly magical – soft sunlight, golden leaves everywhere 🍂💛, and that gentle Nordic glow filtering through the trees... A perfect one-day escape from Stockholm.
