🇾đŸ‡Ș The steam train departs from Uppsala

🚂 If you’re heading to Linnaeus’ Hammarby, you’ll need to transfer from the train to a vintage bus. The driver told us it was built in 1967 – Fig. 8 shows its full retro charm! 🚌💹 The bus felt authentically old-school – it stalled three times while reversing, and when moving forward, the roaring engine made it feel like we were speeding (even though we weren’t 😂). đŸŒŸ Since it was Harvest Day, it was a bit crowded. Activities included watching wool spinning and dyeing, helping harvest rye, and exploring various plants. Linnaeus’ Hammarby is itself a botanical garden, so Harvest Day mainly added fun demos and stalls. 🍎 For those interested, there will be an Apple Display Event on Sept 27–28 – probably similar to today’s vibe! 🎓 Important: Uppsala University students get free entry to Linnaeus’ Hammarby! 📅 Future event info is in the last image.
