The Fish with Pickled Veggies was made with sea bass – honestly, the fish quality here just can’t be top-notch 🐟😔… but what can you do, fresh good fish is hard to find. Mao Xue Wang – Yixian said it was great! But since I don’t really like blood or tripe, it just wasn’t for me 🩸🙈. The Beef in Sour Soup was absolutely yummy 👍! The beef was tender, and there were lots of vermicelli noodles too. Perfect with the pickled veggies! 🥬🍜 On our first visit, we also craved dessert – the Fried Milk was a surprise hit! 🥛🔥 Maybe it’s ’cause I hadn’t had this kind of street food in so long 😭. The next day we even tried making baked milk bars in the oven – also turned out great lol 😄. Stayed in Uppsala for over two weeks and made Yixian go with me twice 😂🧡.
