For a larger mall, Ocean Plaza is about a 20-minute taxi ride away, but the bubble tea there is just okay. 6️⃣ Arirang Restaurant (Korean Cuisine) Located near Ocean Plaza, this restaurant is highly recommended for its delicious dishes like egg noodles, bibimbap, sushi, ramen, cold noodles, tteokbokki, and kimchi tofu. They offer free appetizers before your meal, and you can request chicken gizzards, kimchi, and mochi. Plus, you can get free refills after your meal. 7️⃣ Chinese Mini-Supermarket Opposite Arirang Restaurant, there's a Chinese-owned shop with a variety of snacks and condiments. Prices are a bit high, but you can pay with WeChat Pay, Alipay, cash, or hryvnia. If you can't carry everything, the shop can send it back for you. You can also use Нова пошта (Nova Poshta) to send items back to your hotel or home. 8️⃣ Beijing Style (Chinese Restaurant) This newly opened restaurant has a strong Chinese atmosphere with lots of red decor. The menu is extensive, and portions are generous. 9️⃣ Dyu Long Restaurant (Chinese Restaurant) A long-standing favorite for over a decade, this restaurant accepts WeChat Pay and Alipay. The dishes are delicious and varied, making it perfect for group dining. It even has private rooms. 🔟 Getting Around Stay near Independence Square for easy walking access to attractions and malls. For longer trips, use Uber, and consider the 6-seater option for larger groups.
