Tried the highly recommended Takashi—they don’t take reservations, so make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before opening to line up! By 5:25 PM, the queue already stretched around the corner. 🕔👥 The ingredients are incredibly fresh—you can basically order anything without worry. Their sashimi comes with a minimum of five pieces, so I ordered less since I wasn’t sure I could finish it all 🥲 Sweet shrimp and sea urchin are absolutely yyds! 🍤🌊 The monkfish liver was also excellent—smooth and not fishy at all. Not a fan of the grilled eel though—it felt a bit like mackerel, not as rich as expected, and had a slight fishy taste. The box sushi was delicious though—definitely worth trying! 🍣👍 Overall, it’s a solid and fresh Japanese restaurant.
