🇺🇸 $17 Amish Lunch Buffet: Simple, Tasty & Homely Comfort Food 🍲

Visited Lancaster, PA this weekend to experience Amish culture and stopped by Dienner’s for their lunch buffet. It’s not fancy or complicated – just honest, home-style cooking that tastes like something your mom would make 👩🍳❤️ The beef stew was flavorful and tender, the roasted chicken juicy and soft 🍗. All the veggies – corn, green beans, white beans, and sweet potatoes – came from local Amish farms and were full of natural flavor 🌽🍠. Simple seasoning, but so satisfying! The bread filling with gravy was a carb-lover’s dream 🍞😋. They also had three kinds of soup: chicken corn noodle, clam chowder, and vegetable beef – all warm, comforting, and not too heavy 🥣✨ Desserts were on the sweeter side – not totally my thing, but the chocolate cake was decent 🍫. The others were a bit too creamy for me. Saw lots of grandparents enjoying a meal out, plus young couples with kids 👨👩👧👦🍴.
