πΊπΈ A Truly Regrettable Fine Dining Experience in Las Vegas
BramΓ re Located near Las Vegas Chinatown, opened around March this year β and now itβs closed π’. Why am I still posting this? Because it was seriously delicious!! Even though itβs gone, I have to shareβ¦ π½οΈπ π Funghi Fritti β Fried mushrooms! The most surprising dish of the meal β tasted almost like crispy chicken tenders π. Sauce poured over freshly fried mushrooms, crunchy outside, juicy inside β absolutely amazing! π¦ Shrimp Scampi β Tiger shrimp served with bread. The shrimp were super fresh, and the bread underneath was thick and not oily at all β so satisfying! π₯© Brasato (Beef Cheek) β The meat was incredibly tender and soft β perfect for those of us with "older teeth" π. Paired with crispy fried Italian rice β so fragrant! π Shrimp Fra Diavolo β Pasta was above average, though a bit on the salty side. Still, the shrimp were fresh! π° Dessert β Tiramisu-style β A genius idea: using Pocky sticks to dip into tiramisu foam π«β¨! Balanced the sweetness perfectly, and the coffee base was just right. πΈ Drinks β My friend loved them. To me, they tasted like baijiuβ¦ so Iβll pass on that π .
