🇺🇸 A Truly Regrettable Fine Dining Experience in Las Vegas

Bramàre Located near Las Vegas Chinatown, opened around March this year — and now it’s closed 😢. Why am I still posting this? Because it was seriously delicious!! Even though it’s gone, I have to share… 🍽️💔 🍄 Funghi Fritti – Fried mushrooms! The most surprising dish of the meal — tasted almost like crispy chicken tenders 😋. Sauce poured over freshly fried mushrooms, crunchy outside, juicy inside — absolutely amazing! 🦐 Shrimp Scampi – Tiger shrimp served with bread. The shrimp were super fresh, and the bread underneath was thick and not oily at all — so satisfying! 🥩 Brasato (Beef Cheek) – The meat was incredibly tender and soft — perfect for those of us with "older teeth" 😄. Paired with crispy fried Italian rice — so fragrant! 🍝 Shrimp Fra Diavolo – Pasta was above average, though a bit on the salty side. Still, the shrimp were fresh! 🍰 Dessert – Tiramisu-style – A genius idea: using Pocky sticks to dip into tiramisu foam 🍫✨! Balanced the sweetness perfectly, and the coffee base was just right. 🍸 Drinks – My friend loved them. To me, they tasted like baijiu… so I’ll pass on that 😅.
