🇺🇸 Arizona | Sedona: Hiking in God's Country (Part 1) 🌄✨

I don’t know if it’s because of the Vortex (earth’s energy swirls🌀), but I’ve fallen deeply in love with Sedona. I’ve visited twice in just a few months! Having explored countless cities across the U.S., over 30 national parks, and more than 40 states, no place has captivated my heart like Sedona. It’s truly a hiker’s paradise and a photographer’s dream. 📸🥾 Here are the trails I’ve conquered (all rated 5🌟—I did my research and only picked the best, and they did not disappoint! These trails are relatively short, so you can easily tackle 2-4 in a day): 📍 Devils Bridge Trail 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 4 miles | Figures 1 & 2 Quite easy but crowded. Expect to wait in line for photos on the bridge—we waited about an hour at noon. The trail views are nice, but the highlight is definitely the iconic bridge photo. Pro tip: Go at sunrise to avoid crowds and capture the best light! 🌅 📍 Cathedral Rock Trail 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (6/5 stars!) 2 miles A must-do at sunset! 🧡 Some sections require scrambling (gloves recommended), but it’s short and manageable. We reached the summit just as the sun was setting—the view was beyond words! There was even a couple shooting professional photos there (Figure 3). Explore further beyond the trail to see more stunning rock formations. Remember a headlamp for the descent after dark. Warning: Parking is extremely limited. We got an $80 ticket for illegal parking! 🚨 Also, it’s easy to go off-trail in the dark, so stay safe. 📍 Subway Cave 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Search 🔍 Boynton Canyon Trail on AllTrails (full trail is 7.3 miles, but Subway Cave is around 5 miles round trip—take the right fork at the split, marked as #8 on AllTrails).
