El Raval: 1500 S Lamar Blvd #150, Austin, TX 78704 The closed-down Barbara has finally reopened (with the same sign! 😂), now reborn as El Raval – an upgraded Spanish tapas and paella spot! 🥘🇪🇸 We tried the duck leg and squid paella – generous portions but a bit too salty for my taste. The tapas were delicious though! 🫒 Their drink menu and service have improved, but they still seem understaffed. Ended with a Basque cheesecake – rich and satisfying! 🍰 Life update: Recently obsessed with fitness and work 💪😅 – super busy but loving my new project (even with the overtime!). Pushing myself while staying in my comfort zone – balance is key! 🤗 Austin’s heat next week is no joke… 😓 Thankfully I’m escaping next Friday! 🏃‍♀️ A random 4-day vacation?
