Beautiful Colorado River View from Mount Bonnell in Austin

📍 Mount Bonnell Although Austin is the state capital, there aren’t too many tourist attractions. By the afternoon, we found ourselves with nowhere else to go, so we drove to Mount Bonnell 🚗💨 – a famous spot in Austin for natural scenery and one of the best places to watch the sunset. 🌇 We arrived early, around 3 PM, so it wasn’t sunset time yet. Instead, we enjoyed a panoramic view of the Colorado River and Lake Austin from above. 🏞️✨ There were quite a few visitors already – cars parked along the roadside (I can’t remember if parking was free or not 🅿️🤔), and people strolling slowly along the trail, taking in the beautiful river valley views. It was truly stunning – so beautiful that photos simply can’t do it justice! 📸❤️ From another angle, you can also see the downtown Austin skyline in the distance. 🌆 #Austin #Texas #Travel #Nature #Views
