🇺🇸 Buffalo | Citywalk through a Faded Old City
🇺🇸 Buffalo | Citywalk through a Faded Old City After a one-hour bus ride from Niagara Falls, New York, I arrived in a faded old city — Buffalo 🚌🏙️. The downtown streets were empty, not a soul in sight 👻🚶. I could even walk right down the middle of the road 🛣️😯. It felt like an abandoned city after an apocalyptic crisis, with only howling wind and gloomy snow swirling in the silence 🌬️❄️🔇. Yet, from the refined architecture and orderly street grids, you can still faintly glimpse its past prosperity 🏛️✨. Now, they appear even more desolate in the fierce wind and increasingly bleak under the shadow of snow 🌨️🍂. By the way, the winter wind here is truly fierce — not exaggerating, someone a bit lighter might actually be blown a few steps off balance 💨👣😅. Stops along the way: 1️⃣ Catholic Diocese of Buffalo ⛪ 2️⃣ Plaza of Stars & Theater District 🌟🎭 3️⃣ General Electric Building 🏢⚡ 4️⃣ Lafayette Square ⬜🌳 5️⃣ Buffalo City Hall 🏛️📜 6️⃣ Erie County Clerk's Office 📑📍 7️⃣ Old Post Office 📮🏤 8️⃣ Buffalo Naval Park ⚓🚢 Took a few casual photos on Pearl Street, the main road 📸🛣️, and tried a tasty Thai restaurant — Nai Restaurant 🍛🌶️😋. #UrbanCorners#travel#Citywalk#Buffalo#HistoricalArchitecture#USTravel#BuffaloMemories#WalkInTheSnow
