Find Things to DoFind The Best Restaurants

🇺🇸 Conclusion first: San Francisco is truly California's best city!

Moving from LA Downtown to SF Downtown felt like going from hell to heaven. 🏨 Stayed in Chinatown – walked downhill to discover charming little shops and streets lined with plane trees, giving off major Shanghai vibes 🌳. The city is incredibly clean, and compared to the posh, glamorous atmosphere of LA’s West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, SF feels much more artistic and laid-back. 🚶 Perfect for city walks – the weather is just right (not as hot as LA!), the food is amazing, and people are genuinely friendly. Plus, the city is incredibly welcoming to the Chinese community (even spotted several buildings flying Chinese flags 🇨🇳). 🍜 As a Chinese food lover, I was in heaven! Dim sum for three in Chinatown cost only $80 (the cheapest meal of our trip!). Even a random Sichuan restaurant near the airport turned out to be Michelin-recommended – huge portions, so good that four of us couldn’t finish! After driving down Highway 1, San Francisco remains my favorite stop. ❤️ #StudentLifeMatters #LifeInSanFrancisco 🌉🥢✨
