Finally tried this long-awaited French restaurant in Yountville! It’s the sister restaurant of the 3-Michelin-starred French Laundry, with many ingredients sourced from their own garden 🌱. Their bakery is famous (always a line!), but the sit-down meal is equally amazing. 🦪 Oysters – Fresh and briny! The platter lets you try different varieties – the smaller ones were surprisingly sweeter. 🐌 Escargot – Served with flaky pastry – so much better than the classic style! 🦆 Duck Confit – Perfectly crispy skin, tender meat, not too salty. 🍷 Beef Bourguignon – Ultra-tender beef in a subtly sweet wine sauce – heaven! 🍞 Bread Basket – Crusty, chewy, and full of wheaty goodness – gets better with every bite.
