🇺🇸 Georgia | This Small City Is My No.

🇺🇸 Georgia | After Visiting All 50 States, This Small City Is My No. 1 ❤️ I’ve traveled to all 50 U.S. states and shared guides to 40+ national parks & hot cities on my page. More content coming~ Follow me so you don’t miss out! ❤️ If you asked me what’s my favorite U.S. city, I used to say San Francisco, Boston, or Chicago… until I met Savannah. It stole my heart forever. 💘 Even years from now, I’ll still remember that sunny afternoon wandering through Savannah 🌳✨. The oak trees draped with moss, sunlight filtering gently through the vines—it felt like a soft touch from a loved one. 🎯 What to Do? Savannah is best explored on foot. 1-2 days is perfect. 🌟 Historic River Street The historic district is full of charm—cobblestone streets, candy shops smelling of rich toffee 🍬, and restaurants serving oysters, gumbo soup, and po’boys instead of typical burgers. Hop on the iconic riverboat 🚢 and cruise back in time! 🌟 Forsyth Park The most famous park in Savannah—mostly thanks to its gorgeous white fountain ⛲ and being a filming location for Forrest Gump 🎬. You might see local artisans weaving sweetgrass baskets, a traditional African craft. 🌟 Cathedral of St. John the Baptist This Gothic cathedral with its stunning spires towers over Lafayette Square 🏰. It’s so beautiful, we patiently waited just to capture a horse carriage passing by for the perfect photo 📸! 🌟 Chippewa Square This is where Forrest Gump sat on a bench and opened his box of chocolates 🍫. 🌟 Bonaventure Cemetery A famous cemetery that appeared in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. When flowers bloom 🌸, it’s even prettier than a park. What to Eat? 🌟 BoBo Seafood A must for shrimp, crawfish, crab legs 🦀, spicy calamari, conch, mussels, and crab cakes! Served in big bags with potatoes and sausage — so satisfying! — 🏨 Where to Stay? 👉 The Kimpton Brice Hotel 🌟 A super artsy and stylish hotel – perfect vibe for Savannah! 🎨🛏️ #SavannahEats#USTravel#GeorgiaFood#StudyAbroadLife
