This sushi restaurant is located in Kimball Junction. Not many people know about it—most customers are regulars or locals, and very few tourists have discovered it yet. Their salmon is incredibly fresh, and I highly recommend the hand rolls, especially the ​​Salmon Avocado Hand Roll​​ 🥑. Generous cuts of thick salmon + creamy avocado = a perfect match‼️ Also, don’t miss their ​​sushi rolls​​—there’s a wide variety, so there’s definitely one you’ll love. My personal favorite is the ​​Crunchy Tuna​​🧡—the topping is absolutely divine 🥹🥹 I order it every time! Besides sushi rolls, they also offer ​​dinner sets​​ 🍱. These sets are great value and include rice 🍚, salad 🥗, meat 🥩, tempura, and hot miso soup. One set is more than enough for an Asian appetite! Their ​​Japanese Curry Bowl​​ 🍛 is also worth trying—though it’s not available daily, so you might need some luck 🤣. The only downside is that they don’t take reservations—walk-ins only. The owner is from Indonesia 🇮🇩 and super friendly. Overall, the food is delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced.
