The roll is generously stuffed with thick, tender pieces of lobster. The seasoning is amazing—just enough to highlight the natural sweetness of the lobster without overpowering it. The addition of finely chopped onions adds a nice texture and flavor boost. The brioche roll is buttered and toasted to perfection—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside 😍.
