🇺🇸 Italian Food in Las Vegas 🍝｜Will Become My "White Moonlight"

📍 RPM Italian Las Vegas Located on the first floor of The Forum Shops at Caesars. Heard it started in Chicago — and it really is delicious! 😍 Especially the two pastas we ordered: 🦀 Spicy Crab Squid Ink Pasta – Rich and flavorful, generously loaded with crab meat. The red pepper rings were few but super spicy and satisfying 🌶️🔥 — balancing the sauce and lighting up the taste buds. So good! 🦞 Lobster Ravioli – Stuffed full of sweet, tender lobster meat, noticeably fresh and delicate. Both dishes were on the smaller side (seems to be their style), but we weren’t too hungry, so it was perfect! 🍴😌 For drinks, we tried: 🍸 RPM G&T 🫧 Non-alcoholic Mixed Signals – Slightly tangy, but both were refreshing and paired well with the meal. Dessert of course had to be Gelato — Salted Caramel flavor 🍦 Rich caramel taste, not too sweet — delicious! Didn’t expect three scoops though… almost couldn’t finish it! 😂 Only the starter salad was just okay for me — a bit too much dressing, but the greens were fresh 🥗.
