Loaded with fragrant cilantro that lifts the flavor, and the beef is incredibly tender. Highly recommended — the server also suggested the small stir-fried beef, saying it's just as delicious! Spice lovers, you’re in for a treat. 🍆 Pounded Chili with Eggplant & Preserved Egg Served in a mortar with a pestle — you mix it yourself to release the rich, smoky aroma of chili, eggplant, and preserved egg. So savory and perfect with rice! A delightful surprise to find this dish in Vegas. 🐟 Double Sliced Fish & Beef in Chili Broth You can also choose pork intestines for this dish (though my husband passed, sadly!). The fish is soft and tender, and the beef is flavorful — the spice level is just right. Not quite as legendary as some top-tier Sichuan boiled fish, but definitely satisfying. 🧄 Dry Pot Cauliflower Stir-fried to crispy perfection with pork, garlic, and scallions — so fragrant and crunchy.
