This place has terrible services, pls stay away from it! We ordered some food they never delievered, but the waiter insisted he delivered, and even threatened to locate his delievery through video recording. Seconds later, they realized they failed to put the items into their order system. Of course, they did not deliever. The waiter himself did not apologize but the waitress did, although it was too late. Can you imagin a staff in any restaurant could behave like this? I could even sue them if i have the time to deal with them. If not for the waitress there, i could have given them zero tips for this shameful behavior.
So my friends, be aware of their terrible services, it could happen to you too!
[below is a response to the owner's reply, somehow google review does not allow me to respond directly to it] What is outrageous here is that, when all customers on the table said they did not receive the ordered food, the staff kept saying he delivered the food. It pretty much went into a viral public argument here in front all of the customers there. After all these arguments, that rude shameless staff said he would check the video recorder to prove he delivered the food. He was basically saying that a table of more than 10 people there, who spent more than $300 on their orders, were stealing his less than $10 dish! It is not about a mistake committed by the staff. It is the evil mind your staff had by going into an argument with your customer with these kinds of attitude and assumption. This behavior deserves a serious legal action, I can assure you. As said earlier, it is not worth my time to take your restaurant to court. But this needs to be at least disclosed to the public so people are aware of this. Your staff made an unacceptable mistake (btw, that guy never apologized in the end)
People do make mistakes, but not this kind of mistake. I have not seen any staff from any other restaurants make these kinds of arguments with their customers and assume their customers were stealing its food without even checking basic facts first. What a crazy business you...
Read moreWent here for lunch with my sister and niece. Found this place by accident. We were hungry so we decided to just give it a try. As soon as we walked in, an older lady greeted us in Chinese. We had no idea what she was saying because we don't speak Chinese. We're Hmong. The lady spoke little English but tried her best to communicate with us. Like some other viewers had posted, this is authentic Chinese food. I don't know what region this particular cuisine is from but I loved it even more because they serve spicy dishes. We chose the hottest level for the dishes we ordered which were the Spicy Fish and mushroom and pork. If you are used to the typical orange chicken, broccoli beef and sweet and sour pork, you may not like this restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is willing to try "new" dishes and to those who are used to eating dishes that includes tongues, gizzards, etc. The time that we went we were the only customers. We thought it was a sign that the food was horrible. We were proven wrong. I'd eat here any day over the over-rated & over priced PF Chang. I will recommend this restaurant to my family...
Read moreThere are only a few Hunan restaurants in Las Vegas, and we went specifically for their grilled fish. We ordered the Qingjiang fish, but the meat was quite mushy, likely because it was frozen—not very tasty. However, the dish came with plenty of sides, and both the portion size and price were very reasonable.
The chopped pepper tilapia, on the other hand, was excellent—full of flavor, with the spiciness of the peppers perfectly balanced. The fish was tender and had few bones. Highly recommended.
The garlic-flavored Chinese broccoli was generous in portion and had a strong wok hei aroma—delicious. Also recommended.
The stir-fried chicken gizzards with pickled long beans were tasty as well, with the gizzards being pleasantly chewy and the pickled beans offering a nice balance of sourness and spice. Recommended.
Overall, the flavors were good, and the value for money was solid. It’s a place...
