The meat stays juicy and flavorful. ⚠️ The pot tends to stick/burn easily, so keep stirring! ✨ Compared to SND, this version is less sweet and less heavy — way less cloying! 🦑 Stone Plate Seafood Pancake It’s not the crispy kind — actually quite thick and soft inside, which I wasn’t a huge fan of.
