We visited the popular local spot Rollin Smoke Barbeque, and as meat lovers, we left completely satisfied — their beef ribs are absolutely amazing! 🥩🔥 🥩 World Famous Beef Ribs Four huge beef ribs for $66 🔪. The outside is dark but not burnt, packed with smoky flavor. Slow-cooked until fall-off-the-bone tender — the meat literally melts in your mouth! Well-marbled with fat, though the fatty parts can feel a bit rich. The crust is nicely seasoned and slightly salty, but balanced when eaten with the inner meat.💦 🍽️ Smokin’ Plates A combo platter for $44 🔪, which lets you choose 5 meats and 3 sides. Overall, it was just okay — not nearly as impressive as the beef ribs. Brisket: Looked dry, with lean parts being tough and fatty parts overly greasy.😋 Pork Ribs: Leaner overall, well-seasoned without being too salty, and even the cartilage was tender — pretty good!✨ Hot Link Sausage: The best in the platter! Juicy and bursting with flavor, though also the saltiest.💦 🫙 Their BBQ sauce bar has a whole three-tier rack with tons of flavors — from spicy to sweet. Definitely worth trying a few!✨ With tip, it came to about $35 per person.
