🇺🇸 Las Vegas Food Guide — Highly Recommended Japanese BBQ 🍖

This was my most satisfying meal of the entire trip! 🥰 We went on a Friday night, drawn by strong recommendations on — and we weren’t disappointed! When we first walked in, there was only one other table, so I was a little worried it might not be good… But after the meal, I realized I’d worried for nothing! 😌❤️ We ordered: A two-person set meal 🥩🍱 Thick-cut beef tongue 👅 Sea urchin rolls 🌊 Plus a few other small dishes The set meal and beef tongue were tender and generous in portion — so delicious! The sea urchin rolls were fresh and sweet — so glad we got one each! 😋 Other dishes were great too, though the beef rice bowl was just okay (you could skip it). Their dessert — Crème Brûlée — was also amazing! 🍮✨ Maybe because we were almost the only table, the service felt like omakase-level attention!
