🇺🇸 Las Vegas Trip – Food, Shopping & The Overrated Sphere 🎰

We’ve been to Vegas many times, but this was our first post-pandemic visit! Drove from LA at night 🚗💨 – 5 hours with a friend sharing the wheel. Night driving is seriously tiring 😴. Day 1 – Wynn Buffet 🍽️ $65 per person. Two seatings: brunch before 1 PM, seafood after. Lots of people were there for the king crab 🦀 – but honestly, it wasn’t that great. Waited almost an hour in line 😑. Las Vegas North Premium Outlets 🛍️ The outlet here is pretty small with limited brands. That day, everyone was carrying an On bag! We had to ask around to find the store 🏃♀️, and when we walked out with ours, another couple immediately asked us where it was 😂. Day 2 – Peter Luger 🥩 They also have one in NY. We’d already had In-N-Out 🍔, so we just ordered the “Steak for Two.” It was… okay. The moment they served the bread 🥖, I knew it wouldn’t impress me. They gave us gold coin chocolates at the end though 🍫. Still, I much prefer that Mexican prime steak spot – would go back again and again! Trader Joe’s Haul 🛒 Went to stock up but ended up buying a ton of dog treats 🐕🍖. Barely got any human food – too heavy to carry! Also, the hand cream was sold out 😔. Still spent over $300 💸. Sphere Show – “Postcard from Earth” 🎬 We booked the 7:30 PM show online. You can buy tickets on-site too – just be careful not to overpay for extras! We ended up paying an extra $25 for nothing 💰. Also bought parking but didn’t need it – it was walkable from our hotel 🚶♀️. The show was over $100 per ticket… meh. Not impressive at all 👎. Daytime on the Strip ☀️ It was crazy hot – up to 40°C! 🌡️ If you’re exploring, you can hit all the main spots: Statue of Liberty 🗽, M&M’s World 🫘, Coca-Cola Store 🥤, Bellagio 🏛️, Paris Hotel 🗼, Caesars Palace ⛲️, and The Venetian 🛶.
