Our driver warned: speed limits are strictly enforced β even 1 mph over can get you a ticket! π π Check-In & Boarding: Get your wristband after check-in. The captain gathers groups by color before boarding. π€ Boat Type: Pass includes the pontoon boat (fits ~20 people). For smaller, faster airboat tours ($60β$85/person), book directly online. π΅ Tips are optional π ποΈ Gift shop available π Tour Highlights: Our captain, Nick (4+ years experience), was awesome! We cruised through Bayou Segnette while he shared stories about history, geography, wildlife, and alligators β so informative! He even stopped to interact with gators up close ππ β way cuter and less scary than we thought! Did you know? Only 1 person in Louisiana history has died from an alligator attack! Nick fed them marshmallows β we joked the gators must have diabetes by now π He also took us to a scenic spot for group photos. We tipped him $20 for a fun and educational trip! π¦ Local Detour: Our Uber driver recommended Westwego Shrimp Lot next door β where locals buy fresh seafood π¦!
