๐บ๐ธ New York | The Frick Collection in Manhattan
This is the former residence of Henry Clay Frick, a New York steel magnate from the late 19th century. His will stipulated that his mansion and all its art collection be donated to the people of New York to be used as a museum. ๐ฐ Henry Clay Frick was one of the most successful industrialists and financiers of America's Gilded Age and also one of the greatest art collectors of his time. ๐ผ The Frick Collection in New York is renowned for its luxurious mansion, decorations, and painting collection. It is located at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 70th Street in New York. ๐จ Most of the architecture and furniture inside have been preserved exactly as they were during Frick's time. ๐ฐ๏ธ What we see is a very harmonious Rococo style in the architecture and furniture, and within this intricate and magnificent atmosphere, there are aesthetic classical paintings on display. ๐จ Titian's "Portrait of a Man with a Red Hat," Rembrandt's "Portrait of a Young Painter," and Ingres' "Portrait of the Countess of Osmond" are all prominently displayed in the exhibition halls. You can also see works by Bellini, Goya, El Greco, Renoir, Vermeer, and almost all the world-famous European master painters. ๐ผ๏ธ Visiting here allows you to experience the place where this legendary tycoon lived and to feel the social landscape of the 19th century. ๐ฐ๏ธ Every visit to the exhibition leaves me wanting more. The artworks I encounter always bring a colorful mood! ๐ #WeeklyEarlyBirdChallenge #NewYork #NewYorkLife #NewYorkRealEstate #PaintingRoutine #CulturalSiteSharing #Art #Museum #Exhibition #HolidayCityWalk
